In December 2010, after enjoying two very busy years serving a wealth of clients both selling and buying, Joan and Benita decided it was time expand their team. Tracey Cowling joined their team in February, 2011. With extensive experience in Project Management, Tracey's keen eye for detail made her a "perfect fit" for the team. Tracey is a long-time resident of the Roncesvalles Village and Junction communities and brings over 6 years of Real Estate experience to the team.
