Close friends for over twenty years, it was only natural for Joan Potter-Smith and Benita Moore to become business partners in 1997. Coming from professional Sales and Marketing backgrounds in different industries, Joan and Benita each brought distinctive skills and experience to their dynamic team; quickly making them one of the leading Real Estate teams in West Toronto.

In December 2010, after enjoying two very busy years serving a wealth of clients both selling and buying, Joan and Benita decided it was time expand their team.  Tracey Cowling joined in February 2011.  With extensive experience in Project Management, Tracey's keen eye for detail made her a "perfect fit" for the team.  Tracey is a long-time resident of the Roncesvalles Village and Junction communities and brings over 6 years of Real Estate experience to the team.
